Amile, it is C&R eligible, however Bud's does not ship to C&R holders. Sorry but that is Bud's policy.

Amile, unfortunately Buds does not ship directly to C&R License Holders although the rifle is eligible. They will only ship to an FFL Dealer for transfer. Cheers and stay safe!
