Jeff, no, this can only shoot 243 and 410 gauge. Buds made an error in the description saying it can shoot 45lc. Don't try to shoot 45lc or 41 Magnum in this. Sorry but hope this helps.

Jeff, absolutely not Sir. Buds has many listing for .410 and 45LC which should be .410 only. The pressures would be too great firing these pistol cartridges. For safety and warranty reasons, do not attempt this. Cheers and stay safe!
