Phil, I'm looking and looking and can't find any difference. They both have same size barrel, both come with flip up iron sights, both have 3 inch chamber, same size magazines. Both have the same specs. So if they are similar enough I can't find a difference id personally just purchase the cheaper one. Hope this helps.
