here is the compact carry but it is a 15 + 1 gun which is the only compact carry listed on the beretta site https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/30368/Beretta+USA+JXC9GEL+Px4+Storm+Single%2FDouble+9mm+3.2+15%2B1+Black+Polymer+Grip%2FF it will not be NY Legal the gun you are looking at the storm compact would be NY legal but is not the compact carry

Richard, the Compact carry models will have a "G" in the model number rather than the "F".  NY should not be a problem for the Sig you want according to :  https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf
