Jason, most State hunting regulations usually require a maximum of 3rds including the chambered round. Tube magazine shotguns must be plugged to 2rds. As mentioned already, there is a 2 rounder available once back in stock. I'd just do a Google search to find if needed sooner.

Jason, since the two round magazines aren't in stock you could always take the 5 round magazines to a gunshop/gunsmith and have them pinned to only accept 2 rounds. Hope this helps.

Jason, there is a 2-shot magazine, which gives you 2+1 in the chamber for a total of three.
