Is there any way to stiffen the magazine release button on the SIg P320 Compact? I have this tendency to accidentally depress it while gripping the frame. I've tried to modify my grip but have not had satisfactory results.

I can only suggest two possibilities.  Practice, practice, practice until you either never hit it accidentally or give up completely and get a different gun.

It may be possible to get a Hogue grip that is actually oversized to block the button. My buddy modified a grip once to completely cover his release button, then it required a more pressure to get it out. He had it cut into a custom wrap on one side only, and a light padding under it to prevent the grip from forcing it out. So it can be done and it still looked nice. Finding the right grip for this project may be difficult. Get creative, good luck!

The newer grip modules, referred to by some as Gen 2, have a better guard for the slide release and come with a new, smaller slide release.  If you have the original model, it might be worth getting a new grip module or at least a new slide release.  I had the same problem and do not since I bought the new grip module, although I have moved my right thumb farther to the left, which also helps and is easy to train into memory..
