Yes I have on one of my PPK's a 1969 PPKS. I used Crimson Trace grip laser as its the only type that will work though some fitting maybe need as well, for mine I had to sand a bit off the CT grip to fit it as they were made for the newer PPK's. Be aware they are very hard to find these days. As they have been discontinued by CT.
