Donnel, unfortunately this is not legal in new jersey due to the collapsible stock and pistol grip. Sorry but hope this helps.

No, due to suppressors being effectively outlawed in NJ. A regular sub-2000 can be legal if a muzzle device or thread protector is pinned and welded to the muzzle.
