Robert, yes this would require a 200 dollar tax stamp. Even though the suppressor is built into the barrel and not removable or transferable to other firearms its still a suppressor in the eyes of the atf. Sorry but hope this helps.

A class 3 will take 6 to 9 months and atf will do a background and the $200 will be the (tax stamp) tax basically to own one. It will be a 1 time payment. Once you get it to the shop of the desired transfer or pick up the suppressor paperwork will start.
