Greg, yes Sir it absolutely can. Most manufacturers including Smith and Wesson make 10rd magazine packages so their firearms can be sold in States with magazine capacity restrictions. The only difference is the magazine (10rd) compared to the standard model package higher capacity magazines. The firearm will take both no issue. Cheers and stay safe! Greg, it sure will. It can take any standard AR-15 magazine including 15 rounds, 30 round magazines or even 100 round drums. As for accessories AR-15s are pretty universal, so most accessories will fit. Hope this helps.
