Michael, yes this is good to go in CT. So long as the lever action firearm has a "tubular magazine" it is not affected by the large capacity magazine ban. That ban explicitly exempts; "(B) a .22 caliber tube ammunition feeding device, (C) a tubular magazine that is contained in a lever-action firearm". Have a great day!
