Gary, the youth is just a little smaller. The regular version has a 37.5 inch overall Length and 14 inch length of pull and Weighs 7.10 pounds. The youth is 36.5 inches overall Length, 13 inch length of pull and 6.95 pounds. That's the only difference is the youth is just a little smaller. Hope this helps.
