Ryan, yes without the magazine this is perfectly legal in Colorado. During checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazine. Buds wont replace it though so you will have to purchase a state compliant 15 round or less magazine to use the firearm. Ryan, Bud's will ship the gun without the high capacity magazine. You would have to get your own compliant mags.
