This particular Ruger has a 5.5lb, crisp trigger pull (compared to the SR9) with a very "clean" break for a "Striker Fired" pistol. Looks like Ruger did their homework on the SR9E model. Review : http://www.handgunsmag.com/reviews/semi-auto-handgun/ruger-9e-review/
I have a Ruger sr9 and my trigger is very good for a service weapon it has a short reach to the trigger from Buds listing A short reach from the backstrap to the trigger creates a comfort level that will challenge any standard-sized, striker-fired pistol available today.
Hi Fred, The trigger is very nice @ 5.5 pounds. The short reach from the backstrap to the trigger creates a comfort level that will challenge any standard-sized, striker-fired pistol available today. I brought the gun 3 weeks ago I have put 500 hundred rounds without any problem. the gun is quit accurate and nice to shoot. right on from 5 yards to 15 yards... don't by pass on this gun. don't let the prize deceive you, this is a great gun. I own a glock 26 and I shoot better with this gun than the glock.
