Timothy, this can use 2-3/4 inch or 3 inch shells. This can also use bird shot, buck shot or slugs, this has a smooth bore so rifled slugs will work best. Yes buds has drum magazines available for this. This will take saiga style magazines/drums. You can just type in ( saiga Magazine ) into buds search and any in 12 gauge will work. Timothy, since this shotgun has a 3 inch chamber, it can fire 3 inch and shorter 12 gauge shells (2 3/4) no issue. It is recommended to break it in with high power shells (50 or so) initially and then clean and re-lube.
