David, it may have a plug limiting it to 2 rounds in the magazine for hunting. You would remove that for four round capacity. For an owners manual, i would contact EA Customer Support at (239) 201-3757 or email info@emperorarms.com Good luck.
David and Joan, like others have said it most likely has a magazine tube plug, some shotguns come with one installed for hunting purposes. I'm sure you can Google how to remove it or might even be able to find the owners manual for it online.
