Joseph, yes this will work in your keltec no problem. As with any firearm manufacturers suggest to only shoot +p occasionally because it can wear parts quicker than standard velocity ammo but unless you're shooting thousands of rounds I doubt you'll ever notice a difference. Hope this helps.
