William, this one has a closed trigger, meaning the trigger guard is built into the receiver. Item number 06757 has a open trigger Wich means the trigger guard is replaceable. Personally I dont like closed trigger guards because you cannot swap out trigger guards later on if you want. Other than that they are identical. So personally I would go with the cheaper one with the open trigger guard. Hope this helps.
