NY will not allow it. They ban anything with a detachable mag that has telescoping stock, pistol grip, foregrip, flash suppressor and more. But these alone would make this an assault weapon to the state of New York. So sadly, its a no go.
Hi David, Not compliant. The "Threaded barrel plus the muzzle brake/flash hider (added to the detachable magazine) make it non compliant.
