Raymond, no Sir,. This kit has a Shoulder Stock and the classification would no longer be a Pistol but, a Short Barreled Rifle (SBR) needing NFA registration and a $200 Tax Stamp.

Raymond, this includes a stock, not a pistol brace. So this would turn your pistol Into a short barreled rifle and require a tax stamp. Sorry but hope this helps

Raymond, this kit includes a stock, not a pistol brace. That would turn your pistol into a shot barrelled rife, and you would be required to register it and pay a $200 tax.
