Frank, this is an incorrect photo. It's the exact same pistol but different trigger. On Diamondbacks website it has a standard milspec trigger. If you Google the upc 810035751668 you can view better pictures. Hope this helps.
This is odd, some sites are listed as CMC while others are listed as a standard trigger. I would contact Buds customer service to be sure. Customer Service at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. Or use the blue "Chat Now" button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. I hope this helps!
