James, it will but due to safety and warranty concerns, I would stick with the chambered caliber 10mm. Cheers and stay safe!

James, really wouldn't recommend it. People have shot 40S&W out of 10mm glock pistols but it can cause damage. Haven't heard or read much of anything with people doing so in rifles. So I would not recommend it. Sorry but hope this helps.

When in doubt, stick with recommended caliber...
