Robert, depending on when manufactured includes is a factory mounted and boresighted Bushnell 3-9x40mm Scope or with a 4x32mm scope, mounted and bore-sighted. I would contact Buds Customer Service to verify which at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
Robert, with such high demand for firearms I can't imagine this would be an older model. So this should have a Bushnell 3-9x40mm scope. You can always double check by contacting buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm. Hope this helps.
