Rellen, yes this could be used left or right handed. The only thing that really makes this right handed is the cylinder latch Wich is on the left side but could easily be used by a left handed person. So yes this would be great for both. Hope this helps.

Rellen, it is setup for Right Hand but is not difficult for a Lefty to use. With a little practice unlatching the cylinder to reload, it will not be an issue. Cheers and stay safe!
