Sorry Lonnie the circuit judge is prohibited in CA. It is on the Ca restricted list https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf scroll down to the bottom where it says Other Restrictions We do not ship to C&R dealers in California.
