Paul, unfortunately no Sir. It has too many restricted features even with a 10rd Magazine. It has every restriction listed under Handguns here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/connecticut_restrictions.pdf
Paul, this is not connecticut compliant, even without the magazine. Pistols can't have any of the following, threaded barrel, magazine attaching outside of the pistol grip, or manufacturers weight of 50 Ozs or more. Sorry but hope this helps.
