Kyle, if it weren't for the threaded barrel, it would be compliant. Your best bet would be to buy it locally and the gun shop would pin/weld the thread protector for you, making it compliant. Or you could find a vendor willing to ship to your FFL to make it compliant (Bud's won't). There are gun shops all over NJ who sell Hi-Point carbines, all it takes to make compliant is to pin/weld the thread protector. It may be tough finding one in .45acp.
