Jay, the only difference is the hand guards Sir. The price difference is more a factor of number of each in stock as Buds prices are tied to stock level. Cheers and stay safe!

Jay, model 10305 has Magpul MOE® M-LOK Carbine-Length Handguard, while 10202 has a cheep plastic handguard. Have a great day!
