Warren, I think you mean to just a pistol grip. right? No, the method of operation of the firearm does not really allow for a "pistol grip only". There is a tube that contains a spring and rod that is contained within the normal stock. If you took away the stock, you risk damaging this tube and rendering the gun inoperable.

The 2nd paragraph, under the nice picture in the provided link below, sums up nicely what I am speaking about Warren. If this were a "pump" you would have no issues doing this.

I'm pretty sure generic tactical grips are out there for it. It has a pistol grip with a buttstock. EBay is where you can find an item # or brand name.
