Gary, I have not seen this n RF-85 and it does have last shot hold open. I would verify RF-85 directly with Anderson Customer Service at (859) 689-4085 option 1 - Support Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM EDT

Gary, Anderson does not show the 9mm model made in RF-85, only the 5.56 model. It does have last round bolt hold open. Have a great day!
