Gary, no this won't fit a maverick 88. This is meant for a pistol. There's really not many options to add sights to the maverick 88. You have one or two sights that are universal and attach using adhesive tape. If you're interested in that ( Google maverick 88 sights ) and scroll down to ( maverick 88 fiber optic sights ). My recommendation would be to add a picatinny rail mount so you can add a red dot or scope. Buds has one in stock. Here's a link to one that will fit if interested.
