Jamiason, it sure will. Both your hk416 and this have 1/2×28 threads, so it will work fine on your hk416 22 lr. Hope this helps.

Be aware the 416 22 has a barrel shroud which means the muzzle device is what holds the internal barrel in place. The treads are 1/2x28 so your fake suppressor would need the same pitch thread.
