Gerius, unfortunately yes with extended use. After couple months or so of pulling it in and out of the holster it will start to show signs of wear. It is one of the downfalls of kydex holsters. Usually wear is minimum and only really happens in the major contact areas. That will happen with any pistol with a kydex holster though. Sorry but hope this helps.
Gerius, not as much as you would think Sir. Kydex Style Holsters usually have on a couple of actual contact points and a small dab of dry graphite lube will go a long way at reducing friction/wear on any color G19. Cheers and stay safe!
Kydex will produce wear just like leather also will depending on the amount of drawing/reholstering you do.
