Steven, yes this will fit and function just fine in both the lcp and lcp II but will not activate the last round hold-open feature of the LCP II. Hope this helps.
Stephen, this original LCP Magazine will lock in and fire from both the LCP and LCP II however, it will not lock the LCP II's Slide back on the last shot.
