Is this rifle legal in New York State? I am stationed upstate (Fort Drum) and really like this rifle. Have y'all shipped this one to NY with no issues on the buyer side when picking it up? Thank you!

Cesar, yes Sir it is. Bolt Action Rifles do not have the same restrictions as Semi-Auto Rifles and is good to go in Upstate NY. Cheers and stay safe!
