This would be shipped without a magazine if it doesn't come with a 10 round magazine. Bud's won't replace higher capacity magazines with your states required limited capacity magazines.

Doug, yes, buds will remove the magazine but won't replace it. During checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazine. You will have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately to use the firearm though. Hope this helps.

Doug, yes Bud's will ship without the magazine for anti 2A states that require a low capacity magazine. You would need to get your own compliant magazines.
