Richard, yes this is NJ legal without the 12rd magazine. Dictator Murphy doesn't think you should have as many rounds to defend yourself as the criminals who want to do you harm. Richard, yes, without the 12 round Magazine this is perfectly legal in new jersey. During checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazine. You will have to purchase a 10rd state compliant magazine to use the firearm though. Canik makes fantastic pistols. Hope this helps.
