Samuel, yes this will work in other AR-15s. As for the difference between this and item number 85819 really no difference other than being built by different manufacturers. They are both standard AR-15 magazines and either will work in an AR-15. If you are looking for a good AR-15 magazine I would recommend Magpul pmags. If interested here's a link to one. Samuel, this is the same magazine that is on shopruger.com. It is a standard AR15 magazine and will work in other AR15's. The difference between this and 85819 is that it is a different brand. Both will work in the same AR15 rifles. Have a great day!
