Haile, no this will not fit. Your omni max p4 ar15 has a mlok rail, this uses Magpuls Moe attachment system Wich is slightly different. Any mlok compatible foregrip will fit. I'm not finding any Magpul mlok foregrips in stock at buds but here's a link to a similar one that will fit.
