Paul, some people, when they don't know the answer, just guess in hopes of getting chosen best answer to win a prize, without any regard as to whether their answer is correct or not. I wonder who told you it had a steel trigger?

Paul, sorry that happened. My best advice is if something like that happens in the future deny the transfer. When you go to pick the firearm up from your local FFL, don't do any paperwork until you thoroughly inspect the firearm. If it's not what you were expecting deny the transfer and your FFL will ship it back to buds, no cost to you and you will be refunded. Hope this helps.
