Unfortunately NO, any semi-automatic shotgun with a detachable magazine is prohibited in California. Check CA laws HERE ( budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf ) I hope this helps

Thomas, this is not California compliant due to the detachable magazine. Any semi automatic shotgun with a detachable magazine is prohibited in California. If you are looking for a tactical shotgun I'd recommend a pump action since they don't have the same strict laws like semi automatics. Sorry but hope this helps.
