Yes, the newer receivers are slimmed down but still compatible with the same braces. This should work fine assuming you file a Form 1 for the SBR you would be creating.

Cory, this is a stock Wich would reclassify your cz scorpion 3+ as a short barreled rifle and require a $200 tax stamp, alot of paperwork. You want a pistol brace, not a shoulder stock. Sorry but hope this helps.
