Brennan, it is CA compliant because RIA paid the $200 extortion fee to have it added to the CA DOJ roster of approved handguns. It does not have any other goofy safety features, that just means it can be sold in CA, but it is the same gun that is sold everywhere else. Have a great day!

Brennen, not is this case. RIA were in compliance for many years and RIA is one of the few that re certifies their firearms on the CA GOJ Handgun Roster. This is the list of manufacturers that have called it quits in CA (it is Massive) : https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/de-certified-handguns
