Steve, it sure will. This will handle any 410 gauge shell. This has a 3 inch barrel though, not chamber. This has a 2.5 inch chamber so can handle any 2.5 inch 410 gauge shells, this won't fit a 3 inch shell. same for 45 long colt, it will fire any you can find. Hope this helps

Steve, no Sir, only up to 2 1/2 .410 Shells. The Barrel is 3 inches long but the chamber is only 2 1/2 inch for .410 Shells. A 3 inch Shell will not chamber/fit. Cheers and stay safe!
