Kenny, this does not have a threaded barrel. This has a 22 inch #2 contour free floating barrel with a 1:8 twist ratio but it's not threaded. Hope this helps.

Kenny, the barrel IS THREADED. This info came straight from the horse's mouth, Legacy Sports. Instead of guessing, I emailed and asked if model HGR62503 has a threaded barrel. Here is reply from Brenda Terschuren, Customer Service/Warranty Representative, Website: www.legacysports.com "Hi Ed, Yes it is threaded 1/2 - 28".
