Richard, you can contact buds customer service at 859-368-0371 Monday thru Friday 9am to 9pm or use the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen. They'll be able to assist you. Hope this helps.

Richard, the process is this Sir. 1). Contact Buds to arrange a pickup from the FFL Dealer.  2). Inform your FFL Dealer that a pickup from Buds has been arranged and have them notify you with the tracking info they are supplied from Buds (so you can track too).  3). When Buds receives the firearm back, they will arrange refund to your original payment source.  4).*** If asked for a restock fee, politely ask to wave due to circumstances out of your control***.  ------------  Buds contact info is :  1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Richard, Bud's will arrange to have the firearm sent back from your FFL. You can contact at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. I have found the blue chat button works best. Be aware you may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
