Mark, unfortunately even in the great state of Texas you still have to go threw the long process of a tax stamp. You would have to fill out a bunch of paperwork, pay for the $200 tax stamp and wait around 6 months to a year to be able to finally receive your suppressor. Sorry but hope this helps.
