The other Taurus G3C items on this site show the rebate next to them except this one. Is there any reason that this would not be eligible for the "Taurus G3c 2022 Savings Event" rebate?

No, unfortunately this model is not included in the rebate promotion.  If you go to this website ( https://taurususa.com/G3cRebate ) down near the bottom left of screen, click on  'Models included in the Taurus G3c 2022 Savings Event' to see which models are included.
