Cameron, no this will not fit. The mossberg 500 flex doesn't take detachable magazines. It has a fixed tubular magazine. Hope this helps

Cameron, you did ask about the 590 Flex, correct? Not the 590M. This will not work on a Mossberg Flex. The Flex uses a tubular magazine and will not accept any detachable magazines or drums. Btw, it will not work in the 590M either.
