I ordered my gun from Buds to an FFL near me. When the tracking process notified me it reached the FFL, I went to pick it up but they said they're waiting on paper work from whoever I bought it from, which in this case was Buds. Do I need to do anything to get this paperwork sent or am I just waiting on Buds?

Inside the box should have your info to do the transfer. They probably just havent checked it in yet.

I have not heard of this Tyrus in 40yrs of gun buying. Everything from Buds end should have accompanied the gun and your FFL records it into his inventory before transfer. I would ask them what specifically what they need from Buds and call Buds to see if they missed sending something that may have been required at (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday).

Sound like you are waiting for the shop to check the gun in IE the shop to do the paperwork to put the gun in their inventory/book so they can then transfer it to you. Maybe they only have 1 person who they allow to "receive" guns and he was off

Buds fax the paper work to them. They also have paper wor from buds with the gun.Is ffl on buds list, Call buds asap.
